🛠 Technical Specifications & Craftsmanship

• Elite Double X VG12 Core: The blade's core is made of an ultra-thin layer of high-alloy Double X VG12 carbon steel. This material provides extraordinary cutting efficiency and a level of sharpness that stays resilient for a significantly longer time compared to standard alloys.

• Sandwich Forging Process: To combine extreme performance with hygiene and durability, the high-carbon core is embedded between two layers of food-safe stainless steel. This 3-layer construction protects the core while ensuring the blade remains flexible and robust.

• Plum Wood Handle: The handle is crafted from selected Plum wood, known for its beautiful aesthetics and durability. Each handle is hand-worked, refined, and polished by experienced master craftsmen.

• One-of-a-Kind (Unikat): Because plum wood is a natural material, the unique grain of every handle makes each knife a unique masterpiece. No two knives in this series are identical.

• Extreme Hardness: With a hardness of approximately 61° HRC, this Santoku offers surgical precision for all culinary tasks.
